 Trust Governor, SEND

Although I have no background in the education sector, I have a 5 year old in school
and my 2 year old will be attending the Earith pre-school in due course. I run my own

I have an extensive background in Secondary Education as a teacher of science for 28 years and a Vice Principal at a large inner city Academy for 18 of those years. My main role as Vice Principal was leading the Curriculum development and school standards; however I was also very involved in all aspects of school improvement and pastoral care.

Tom was seconded to Earith in October 2018 as Head of School and never left!  He is

school improvement in order to provide better outcomes, and therefore, life chances for
the people that matter the most - the children.
