Last week, Earith Primary School was thrilled to welcome actor Tess Chalmers for a magical Theatre Day, centered around the wonderfully imaginative book GrobbleChops.  The day was full of creativity and a few (not so scary) monsters.

Children immersed themselves in the story, and under the guidance of Tess, brought the character to life through the use of voice and movement. Inspired by their performance work, the children then crafted their own creative texts based on the themes of GrobbleChopsshowing  originality and flair in their writing.

A huge thank you to Tess Chalmers for spending the day with us and sparking so much inspiration, and Earith Book Club for organising the event. It was a fantastic experience for all involved.
