Interactive & Glassboard Project

It was a tricky project to manage in a week.  With the exception of one board still to go up in ‘The Nook’, all four classrooms and the new Teaching Space are now kitted out with brand-new interactive whiteboards and glass boards to support teacher modelling, across the curriculum.  We are incredibly pleased with the outcome.  Teachers are now really excited about our second order of multi-coloured drywipe pens as our first batch were a little thin & light!

As you can imagine, there was a lot of labour involved, removing old boards, filling holes, painting & decorating etc, before affixing our new tech.  This project, alongside our Caretaker, staff & ICT Team was also heavily supported by three local dads that willingly gave up their time, and expertise, in order to support our school.  We are incredibly gratefulThank you, Jonny, Bryn & Tom.

Additionally, thank you parents – for continuing to support FOES events which funded the rather expensive, glass element to this project.  And thank you FOES, so much, for allowing us to fund this project.  Wonderful. Teaching & Learning legacy.
